This week Senior Leadership Teams from all schools within the St Albans Education Group gathered at Ashridge House in Hertfordshire for a strategy away day.

The day gave colleagues from STAHS Prep, STAHS Senior, Stormont School, St George’s Ascot and St George’s School Windsor Castle the chance to discuss areas for collaboration and to learn from one other.  Sessions included governance models, how changes in AI search are affecting the way parents research potential schools and looking at how Group-wide CPD sessions can benefit all our teachers and leaders.
